Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications.
- Act as the SME and primary point of contact for the project.
- Collaborate with and manage the team, including making team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and resolve roadblocks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
