Responsibilities

  • Participate in end-to-end product development with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Design and implement new product functionality using current technologies.
  • Build secure, robust, and highly scalable services for production.
  • Develop plugins and integrations with e-commerce platforms.
  • Suggest product features and process improvements.
  • Contribute to software development teams responsible for all stages of the development lifecycle.
  • Address challenges involving highly scalable distributed systems.
  • Support effective communication and collaboration within and outside the team.

Requirements

  • Experience developing REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
  • Experience with or knowledge of cloud-hosted services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of DynamoDB, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL is a plus.
  • Knowledge of open and public API best practices is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD release processes, stress and performance testing, production monitoring, and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Interest in solving challenges involving highly scalable distributed systems.
  • Interest in exploring or adopting AI tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, learn, receive feedback, and adapt to changing environments.
