Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design software solutions.
- Apply coding and software development best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Evaluate and improve application performance and scalability.
- Participate independently in team discussions and resolve work-related problems.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- At least 2 years of experience with Spring Boot.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred: experience with Apache Kafka, microservices, lightweight architecture, Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree.
