Responsibilities
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Drive projects toward milestones and prioritize work into manageable products.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and develop solutions to address them.
- Understand existing application architecture and solution design.
- Design databases, write complex SQL queries, and perform performance tuning.
- Create and manage DevOps build and release pipelines.
- Lead or mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Review code and establish development best practices.
- Work with globally distributed teams and communicate technical work effectively.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in .NET development or relevant Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular 6+, and SQL Server.
- Experience as a full-stack developer using MEAN, MERN, or both.
- Experience developing and deploying Azure Web Apps and working with Cognitive Services.
- Experience with .NET Web API, database design, complex SQL queries, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Visual Studio, TFS, VSTS, Git, Angular modular programming, TypeScript, and front-end unit testing tools.
- Experience creating and managing CI/CD build and release pipelines.
- Knowledge of AWS is optional.
- Experience with Oracle, SSIS, and SSRS is preferred.
- Azure or other cloud certifications are preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision, handle high-pressure situations, and collaborate with distributed teams.
