Base Salary
$122k - $181k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable software components and applications.
- Design and launch customer-centric software solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Clarify technical requirements, assess development estimates, and apply appropriate design approaches.
- Write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Improve software quality, customer experience, and product maintainability.
- Mentor and lead developers while fostering technical understanding.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: experience designing and developing large-scale services and delivering complex software systems to customers.
- Preferred: knowledge of software engineering practices across the development lifecycle, including coding standards, source management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: experience solving ambiguous challenges and collaborating on high-quality design solutions.
- Preferred: understanding of security concepts and computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
