Base Salary
$65k - $68k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver software stories and features, with scope ranging from defined work for associate engineers to complex and novel technical solutions for senior engineers.
- Build and enhance user interfaces, data-driven APIs, cloud infrastructure, servers, or databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to clarify requirements, discuss technical approaches, and provide demos.
- Contribute to code quality, testing, best practices, mentoring, and team velocity.
- At senior technical leadership levels, guide development, make architectural decisions, manage scope and risks, conduct code audits and proofs of concept, and oversee technical delivery across projects.
Requirements
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills for partnering with client stakeholders, clarifying requirements, discussing technical approaches, and delivering demos.
- Experience building user interfaces, preferably with React or Angular; building data-driven APIs with Python, Go, Node, or Java; or administering cloud infrastructure, servers, or databases, preferably AWS.
- Commitment to high-quality delivery, attention to detail, code quality, and testing.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
- Ability to contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
