Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and deliver ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD/HRSM, Knowledge Management, Case Management, and Custom Portal solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and reusable ServiceNow architectures.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior architects, and guide development teams.
- Design secure integrations between ServiceNow and internal or external systems.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the ServiceNow MID Server lifecycle.
- Develop dashboards and data-driven insights using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and BI tools.
- Define testing strategies, conduct usability reviews, and oversee solution validation.
- Manage platform upgrades, architectural governance, adoption of new features, and platform transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality, stability, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is stated in the project requirements, with the detailed experience requirements specifying a minimum of 8 years in ServiceNow architecture and delivery.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, scripting, development, integrations, ITSM, CSM, HRSD or HRSM, Knowledge Management, Case Management, and Custom Portals.
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting ServiceNow MID Server and managing platform governance and upgrades.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, reporting, ITOM, BI tools, and at least eight end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and platform upgrades.
- Experience designing secure integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, SAML, JDBC, and ODBC.
- Strong scripting and development experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML, and Jelly.
- Working knowledge of Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Core Java, plus database knowledge involving MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and PL/SQL.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and architectural governance experience for enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with international or global cross-functional teams.
