Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-level Agentic AI and multi-agent solutions.
- Translate business and engineering requirements into scalable AI architectures.
- Build solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and engineering systems.
- Lead customer discussions, requirements-gathering sessions, solution presentations, and technical proposals.
- Guide AI engineers and development teams through solution implementation.
- Create architecture documents, technical proposals, proofs of concept, and implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, Responsible AI, governance, performance, and scalability standards.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of overall experience in engineering, IT, software development, AI, data, or solution architecture.
- At least four years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI, including 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on Agentic AI experience.
- Experience designing autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, tool-calling workflows, and agent orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and model evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
- Strong Python programming experience and knowledge of APIs and microservices.
- Experience working with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong customer-facing, stakeholder-management, solutioning, and presentation skills.
- Preferred engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related discipline.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial engineering, energy, utilities, aerospace, engineering services, consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Preferred exposure to PLM, CAD, MES, SCADA, IoT, ERP, or asset-management systems.
