Responsibilities
- Translate client objectives and RFP requirements into winning solution concepts for specific deals.
- Develop end-to-end solutions covering governance, delivery models, staffing, service locations, service hours, service levels, tools, infrastructure, transformation, and commercials.
- Own or contribute to complex multi-tower outsourcing presales pursuits, including win themes, estimation, transformation solutions, proposal defense, and contract negotiation support.
- Coordinate and lead multiple service lines and organizational groups to deliver integrated, cost-effective client solutions.
- Participate in strategic initiatives to industrialize the solutions process and improve competitiveness of large multi-tower proposals.
- Provide domain knowledge, nurture team capabilities, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Maintain a 60% win/down-selection rate and more than 80% utilization on pursuits.
- Stay current with trends in custom-built applications and platforms, including development and support.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in large ADM and/or multi-tower complex deal solutioning; the role description also references at least 16 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and/or an MBA from a premier institute is preferred.
- End-to-end ownership of complex outsourcing presales, including estimation, transformation solutioning, proposal defense, and BAFO or contract negotiation support.
- Experience handling multi-tower deals with total contract value above US$50 million.
- Experience leading multi-country engagements involving more than 200 staff.
- Prior experience with multinational corporations or tier-one IPPs.
- SAP, cloud technology, or engineering expertise is advantageous, with SAP identified as the preferred technology.
- ITIL v3/v4, PMP, PRINCEII, or SAFe certification is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, execution, client-solution development, collaboration, and business-building capabilities.
