Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions in a collaborative team.
Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers and colleagues.
Build and support AI application capabilities involving LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, structured extraction, agentic patterns, orchestration, and prompt engineering.
Design and troubleshoot applications and reusable software components.
Work with Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, performance optimization, stored procedures, and advanced troubleshooting.
Develop and support cloud-native applications using AWS services.
Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide colleagues through complex technical problem-solving and collaborate across diverse teams.

Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while guiding others.
Proficiency in Python and direct experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.
Experience with RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval quality, structured extraction, agentic patterns, orchestration, prompt engineering, and awareness of LLM output evaluation.
Experience with Pydantic or similar schema-driven approaches.
Deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, performance optimization, stored procedures, and advanced troubleshooting.
Experience in application design, root-cause analysis, and development of shared or reusable components.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
Understanding of security engineering principles and their practical application.
Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts; knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript/Node.js is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
