Base Salary
$229k - $314k/yr
Responsibilities
- Establish the long-term technical direction for observability and governance.
- Design and lead high-impact projects to enhance performance and reliability.
- Build extensible observability experiences for users and automated agents.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate visibility and governance.
- Mentor senior engineers and set technical standards.
- Champion high-quality software and operational practices.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems or governance platforms.
- Proven track record as a technical leader in complex environments.
- Strong fundamentals in computer science, including algorithms and systems design.
- Experience with observability, telemetry pipelines, or data governance.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience; MS/PhD is a plus.
- Bonus: experience with building agentic experiences using LLMs.
