Base Salary
$188k - $317k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather user requirements and write code in Java, Go, C++, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python to build compliant, high-quality software.
- Assist senior engineers with software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Produce software specifications, assess operational feasibility, and create flowcharts, layouts, and documentation.
- Deploy software programs and evaluate user feedback.
- Maintain and debug software and comply with project plans and industry standards.
- Design and implement user interfaces, automation scripts, high-throughput fault-tolerant service architectures, and databases supporting online services.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field plus one year of related work experience; or bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in one of these fields plus three years of related work experience.
- At least one year of experience developing software with Java, Go, C++, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python.
- At least one year of experience designing and implementing user interfaces and automation scripts with HTML, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
- At least one year of experience maintaining and debugging software.
- At least one year of experience designing and implementing software service architecture for high-throughput and fault-tolerant services.
- At least one year of experience designing and managing online-service databases using MySQL or Redis.
- At least one year of experience using Unix or Linux.
