Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end customer platform deployments across Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel.
- Onboard log sources, configure data connectors, and validate ingestion pipelines.
- Deploy TENEX security content, including parsers, dashboards, detections, and playbooks.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, ingestion, and configuration issues and deliver MDR coverage within target SLOs.
- Train customers on their deployed platform and document deployment configurations and handoff notes.
- Manage multiple concurrent deployments and escalate technical blockers to senior engineers or managers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, cloud engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, particularly Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel.
- Experience with log source onboarding, data connectors, and ingestion pipeline configuration.
- Familiarity with Bindplane, OpenTelemetry, Cribl, or similar data pipeline technologies.
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and security operations workflows.
- Experience with GCP, Azure, and/or AWS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC certifications, Google Cloud Professional, Microsoft SC-200/AZ-500, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer-facing communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
