Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud.
- Automate cloud resource provisioning, configuration, and management using Terraform and configuration management tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve reusable cloud-based systems and services.
- Implement cloud security practices covering access management, data protection, encryption, network security, and compliance.
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud environments to maintain high availability and performance.
- Use DevOps tools and lifecycle processes to streamline infrastructure deployments and updates.
- Oversee SLA/OLA management, service capacity planning, and incident management.
- Measure and report service performance metrics and propose improvements for clients.
Requirements
- Expertise with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency with Terraform and experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- Understanding of cloud security, identity and access management, data encryption, network security, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with AWS/GCP DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and infrastructure deployment tools.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with Bash or PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with Apache, NGINX, Microsoft IIS, Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, and IBM WebSphere.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB deployment and maintenance models.
- Understanding of IP/TCP protocols, WAFs, VPNs, and load balancer configurations.
- Experience with performance or stress testing and monitoring tools.

- Base salary range of $87,700-$137,700 CAD for PwC Canada locations in major city centres, with ranges varying by location.
