Base Salary
$158k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance AI and machine learning models for transaction classification, sanctions screening, alert disposition, and risk-compliance workflows.
- Design LLM- and agent-based architectures, including LangGraph orchestration frameworks for multi-step reasoning, document analysis, and task execution.
- Build automated model training, evaluation, performance tracking, reporting, validation, and monitoring frameworks.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for transaction data, including data validation, preprocessing, augmentation, and ingestion experimentation.
- Perform model optimization, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, anomaly detection, and classification-error analysis.
- Evaluate algorithms including random forests, decision trees, SVM, XGBoost, Naive Bayes, LSTM, CNN, and other neural networks.
- Deploy, release, and implement machine learning and data-processing systems in enterprise production environments.
- Prepare technical documentation and validation materials and follow model governance, risk management, audit, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory and operational requirements into production-ready solutions.
Requirements
- Requires a master's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, data science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field and three years of relevant experience.
- Alternatively, requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the stated fields and five years of specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience.
- Requires experience with machine learning model development and lifecycle management, deep learning and LSTM networks, MLOps pipelines, risk analytics, AI ETL pipelines, statistical analysis, experimental design, model performance analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Requires experience with large-scale data processing, model validation and governance frameworks, sanctions screening, and enterprise deployment, release management, and production implementation.
- Requires Python, SQL, Oracle, REST APIs, Linux/Unix, Git, LightSpeed, and Autosys experience.
