Responsibilities
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design and integrate AI solutions into enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Build agentic AI applications, including tools, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and evolve prototypes into production systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is stated, with additional information requiring a minimum of 5 years in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with frameworks and tooling such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs.
- C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, and Bash are listed as nice-to-have skills.
