Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI-driven software applications.
- Integrate and optimize AI components within production-ready software systems.
- Lead best practices for AI-native software development and continuously improve engineering workflows.
- Validate, debug, test, and maintain AI components for quality, compliance, performance, and reliability.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with stakeholders on technical solutions and project objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- Strong software development lifecycle experience focused on AI integration.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-driven applications.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and maintaining AI components within software systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver software products.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
