Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build cloud-native applications, APIs, and AI-powered services using modern engineering practices.
- Integrate and implement AI and LLM technologies within business applications and workflows.
- Architect scalable, resilient, secure solutions for large-scale user adoption.
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, engineering best practices, and technical documentation.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Build and enhance deployment pipelines, automation frameworks, and DevOps capabilities.
- Investigate and resolve technical challenges across application, infrastructure, and AI solution layers.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define solution strategies and deliver business outcomes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to engineering capability development.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and champion approaches that create measurable business value.
Requirements
- At least five years of related technology experience, including software engineering and solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, such as a B.E. or B.Tech, or a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications.
- At least one year of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Experience building and delivering AI solutions for enterprise-scale environments and large user populations.
- Advanced expertise with AWS cloud services, GitHub, deployment pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or related programming languages.
- Experience designing, implementing, and deploying AI/LLM-powered solutions in production.
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and scalable application design.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and operational excellence.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and driving engineering best practices.
- Proven technical innovation, creative problem solving, adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
