Responsibilities
- Define architecture, data, and cloud strategies for the largest client accounts.
- Present technical strategies and architectures to customer C-level executives and technical teams.
- Design modernization and Agentic AI solutions aligned with customer objectives.
- Support customer engagements across pre-sales and post-sales phases, including architecture and security discussions.
- Bridge Celonis product and engineering teams with client teams on technical services and integrations.
- Assess customer IT landscape maturity and advise on architecture, performance, scalability, and automation.
- Coach consulting teams and ecosystem partners on technical implementation issues.
- Create reusable consulting assets, customer-facing position papers, technical designs, and thought leadership presentations.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience as an enterprise architect, software vendor architect, or consulting CTO.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to connect technical solutions with business value and customer objectives.
- Strong executive communication skills, including presenting complex technical concepts to C-level stakeholders.
- Experience with Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS, ERP systems, SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, cybersecurity fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise architectures.
- Strong data architecture, integration, data operations, and automation background, with development experience in SQL, Python, or similar data-related languages.
- Ability to code or assemble demonstrations of proposed architectures in addition to producing architecture diagrams.
- MSc in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification in an Information Technology-related field.
- Fluency in English; Spanish, German, French, or Italian is advantageous.
- Preferred qualifications include Celonis certifications, OCPM and Case Centric Data Pipelines experience, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications, ESB or ETL certifications, TOGAF or Zachmann certification, experience in at least two relevant business domains, and experience in at least two listed industries.
