Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Quote-to-Revenue architecture across Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Design scalable pricing, quoting, billing, contract lifecycle, product catalog, renewal, amendment, co-termination, and consumption-model solutions.
- Define enterprise data models, pricing governance, approval frameworks, billing integration patterns, and revenue recognition considerations.
- Provide architectural oversight, technical design authority, solution reviews, performance guidance, and implementation governance.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce clouds, ERP and financial systems, custom applications, and downstream systems using API, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Develop reusable accelerators, templates, architecture patterns, implementation frameworks, and internal best practices.
- Mentor architects, consultants, and developers and support internal Revenue Cloud training and enablement.
- Help strengthen and scale Levio’s Salesforce Revenue Cloud practice.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- 3+ years of Revenue Cloud or Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Proven experience architecting complex Quote-to-Cash solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and experience leading architecture across multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Rootstock.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring teams and driving delivery standards.
- Consulting or complex enterprise environment experience is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, and certifications in Sales, Service, MuleSoft, or Data Cloud.
- Candidates should bring deep functional and technical Revenue Cloud expertise, enterprise architectural thinking, collaboration, and familiarity with complex monetization and financial processes.
