Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, technical strategy, and long-term health of the Seller Agentic platform across business functions.
- Design and build scalable data and AI infrastructure, integration layers, real-time intelligence pipelines, and high-throughput service architectures.
- Lead modernization efforts to anticipate scaling bottlenecks and support expansion from one use case to dozens without regressions or downtime.
- Write and ship production code while establishing engineering standards for sustainable rapid prototyping.
- Lead the Golden Record data strategy to create a trusted system of record for account intelligence across the revenue lifecycle.
- Ensure AI outputs are auditable, accurate, consistent, and measurable through engineering quality and trust metrics.
- Define abstractions and API boundaries that help junior engineers deliver faster and more safely.
- Mentor engineering teams and translate technical trade-offs into business-aligned roadmaps for executive leadership.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of owning large-scale distributed-system architectures.
- Expert-level fluency in Python and modern cloud environments, including AWS.
- Demonstrated experience building on agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, Claude, Vertex AI, or Workato.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, memory systems, and prompt engineering at scale.
- Mastery of Kubernetes, microservices, and high-throughput event-driven architectures.
- Experience building enterprise-grade products with compliance, data privacy, and security-first principles.
- Experience guiding engineering teams through hyper-growth or rapid scaling phases.
- Preferred experience with revenue technology or CRM data structures, including Salesforce, Gong, or Outreach.
- Preferred exposure to AI evaluation frameworks and automated testing or QA for LLM outputs.
- Preferred experience working in a global-local model and aligning distributed engineering teams.
