Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build responsive front ends, C# services, and SQL data layers for web applications.
- Design, modify, develop, write, and implement complete software programming solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and support applications on Azure App Service and Azure Virtual Machines.
- Design, write, and tune SQL queries and relational database schemas.
- Use GitHub for version control and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify system improvements and account for current architecture, operating environments, and future enhancements.
- Acquire client requirements and resolve complex workflow and automation problems.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 5 years of experience developing web applications with .NET, including C# and ASP.NET Core.
- At least 3 years of front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework or library such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
- Experience with Visual Studio Code and AI-assisted development tools such as Codex or GitHub Copilot CLI.
- Experience with SQL queries, relational database schemas, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Azure services including Azure App Service and Azure Virtual Machines.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
- Preferred experience includes Node.js, PowerShell, Entity Framework Core or another ORM, automated testing, xUnit, or NUnit.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates must complete the required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold.
