Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end engineering outcomes for product quality, reliability, performance, scalability, and delivery speed.
- Set and evolve product architecture while aligning decisions with enterprise architecture, standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Translate product strategy and outcome-based OKRs into executable technical plans and lead continuous delivery.
- Partner with Product Management and Product Design on discovery, feasibility assessment, solution shaping, and experimentation.
- Mentor and coach engineers on craftsmanship, systems thinking, product mindset, ownership, and accountability.
- Establish standards for code quality, test automation, CI/CD, DevOps, security, privacy, and compliance.
- Reduce operational toil through automation and platform leverage while deliberately paying down technical debt.
- Communicate technical tradeoffs to executives, partners, platform leaders, architecture leaders, and security leaders.
- Create and execute technology-led strategies supporting sales, marketing, customer service, and route-to-market operations.
- Develop scalable, secure, and performant full-stack and Salesforce solutions and deliver prototypes through production deployment.
- Define measurable business outcomes and remain accountable for technology and product delivery results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience in the Product Operating Model.
- Preferably 6+ years of experience leading a product technology team.
- Proven success leading product teams through continuous discovery and delivery.
- Strong system design and architecture expertise in modern cloud-native environments.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in full-stack engineering and Salesforce platform development.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks, API-driven back ends, cloud infrastructure, and Salesforce ecosystems including Sales, Service, Experience, and custom platform extensions.
- Extensive experience leading technology experimentation from hypothesis and rapid prototyping through production deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to define measurable business outcomes and deliver revenue, cost, cycle-time, customer satisfaction, adoption, or productivity improvements.
- Deep understanding of DevOps, SRE, secure-by-design principles, cybersecurity practices, and applicable regulations including SOX compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to coach senior engineers and scale high-performing teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business leaders and customers and influence without formal authority.
