Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support scalable applications for sales execution and customer-facing business capabilities.
- Build modern web experiences using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop Salesforce user experiences, business logic, and integrations using Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform capabilities.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs connecting Salesforce with custom applications and enterprise systems.
- Work with SQL Server and other enterprise data sources, including data flows and integration patterns.
- Build and maintain integrations among Salesforce, CRM platforms, mobile applications, web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
- Troubleshoot issues across frontend applications, APIs, Salesforce, databases, and downstream integrations.
- Write automated unit and integration tests and contribute to engineering quality standards.
- Participate in architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Support automated build, testing, deployment, and CI/CD practices.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Data, QA, Security, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Modernize and simplify applications, improve performance, reduce technical debt, and own solutions through production support.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript and a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating distributed enterprise applications.
- Strong backend engineering experience with Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or an equivalent server-side technology.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server, including data modeling, SQL development, and performance considerations.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts for modern APIs and enterprise applications, including OAuth 2.0.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent technical-ownership skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification or equivalent hands-on Salesforce development experience is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Lightning, Apex, SOQL, Salesforce data models, Sales Cloud, sales execution workflows, mobile and external web integrations, event-driven or asynchronous architectures, Azure or AWS, API gateways, application security, observability, logging, production monitoring, legacy modernization, and product-oriented engineering.
