Base Salary
$152k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management, Product Design, Data, users, and stakeholders to understand customer problems and shape solutions.
- Define technical approaches, architecture, and system design while balancing speed, scalability, maintainability, and cost.
- Build, integrate, and customize CRM solutions, including scalable data integrations and end-to-end business workflows.
- Lead delivery of reliable, secure, scalable, and high-quality software through hands-on contribution, reviews, testing, observability, and CI/CD practices.
- Track product success metrics, use data and customer feedback to prioritize improvements, and balance short-term delivery with long-term product and technical health.
- Help evolve engineering standards and collaborate with technical leads across teams to promote shared solutions and consistent practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
- Experience building and integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including scalable data integrations, cross-platform experiences, and Salesforce customization for complex workflows.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend and backend development, modern architectures, and APIs.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include cross-functional product team experience, product discovery or solution design experience, technical leadership, customer-facing product development, and familiarity with testing, observability, and CI/CD.
