Base Salary
$152k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management, Product Design, users, and stakeholders to understand customer problems and shape solutions through ideation, prototyping, and technical evaluation.
- Define and guide technical approaches, architecture, and system design while balancing speed, scalability, maintainability, and cost.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality software meeting performance, reliability, security, and scalability standards.
- Contribute hands-on through implementation, code reviews, testing, observability, and continuous product improvement.
- Partner with Product and Data to define and track success metrics, use experimentation and customer feedback, and prioritize meaningful outcomes.
- Help establish engineering standards and best practices and collaborate with technical leads across teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
- Experience building and integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including scalable data integrations, cross-platform experiences, and Salesforce customization for complex workflows.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend and backend development, APIs, and modern architectures.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
- Preferred experience on cross-functional product teams, in product discovery or solution design, with technical leadership, customer-facing products, and modern engineering practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits
- Annual base pay range of $152,000–$178,300, with a stated annual incentive reference value of 15%.
- Medical, financial, and/or other benefits are offered depending on the position.
- Atlanta, United States location with 0%–25% travel required.
- Relocation is provided.
- The position does not offer employment visa sponsorship and requires current full-time U.S. work authorization.
