Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management, Product Design, users, and stakeholders to understand customer problems and shape solutions.
- Contribute to ideation, prototyping, technical feasibility assessment, and evaluation of alternative approaches.
- Define and guide technical architecture, system design, and pragmatic tradeoffs for the team’s product area.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality, performant, reliable, secure, and scalable software.
- Build and integrate CRM capabilities, data integrations, APIs, and connected workflows for sales teams.
- Maintain engineering quality through code reviews, hands-on contribution, testing, observability, and CI/CD.
- Define and track product success metrics with Product and Data, using experimentation and customer feedback to prioritize improvements.
- Help establish engineering standards, patterns, best practices, and shared solutions across teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
- Experience building and integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including scalable data integrations, cross-platform experiences, and Salesforce customization for complex business workflows.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend and backend development, APIs, and modern architectures.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: experience on cross-functional product teams, product discovery or solution design, technical leadership, customer-facing products, and modern testing, observability, and CI/CD practices.

- Base pay range is $152,000–$178,300 annually, with an annual incentive reference value of 15%.

- The role is based in Atlanta, United States, with 00%–25% travel required.
- Relocation is provided.
