Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Create custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead solution design reviews, code reviews, testing, deployments, technical governance, and continuous improvement.
- Diagnose technical issues and optimize Salesforce performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor and coach consultants and technical team members.
- Apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve delivery speed, quality, and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Over eight years of experience delivering complex Salesforce technical solutions in consulting and enterprise environments.
- Experience delivering projects in public sector environments and working autonomously under pressure.
- Expert proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Experience with DevOps methodologies, version control, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Business Rules Engine, Data Processing Engine, Discovery Framework, and Action Plans is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio, Application Architect, Data Architect, or System Architect are strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical mentoring abilities.
