Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs.
- Design scalable SAP solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Shape complex proposals, solution approaches, staffing models, and delivery strategies.
- Facilitate solution design workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Guide clients through solution design, mobilization, implementation, and stabilization.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams to support quality and successful execution.
- Drive innovation using SAP capabilities, automation, AI, and intelligent enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP consulting and implementation or transformation experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Architecture Lead.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Management Accounting, Record-to-Report, and Financial Planning.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives.
- Experience shaping solutions for major pursuits, bids, and business development opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is highly regarded.
- Must be a New Zealand citizen with an active security clearance.
