Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, resilient backend services and software components.
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code following enterprise software engineering standards.
- Develop automated unit and integration test suites.
- Participate in architectural reviews, design discussions, and peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and performance bottlenecks across multi-tiered distributed systems.
- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 2–5 years of professional software development experience building backend platform systems or cloud applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, Java, or C++.
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and operating-system concepts.
- Practical experience with Linux systems, RESTful API design, microservice architectures, and Git-based workflows.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or public/private cloud environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive ownership, and willingness to learn and collaborate.
