Base Salary
$122k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship new capabilities for Mercury Command.
- Help design and ship new Command skills with strong product ownership.
- Partner with product and compliance teams to define correct behavior for each capability.
- Build tests that validate new capabilities.
- Find new ways to use LLMs to improve Mercury customers’ banking experience.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of backend or full-stack development experience.
- Knowledge of or enthusiasm for learning Haskell, React, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Experience building LLM-powered products.
- Experience building and shipping new products with a product-minded approach.
- Ability to empathize with users and build user-focused products.
- Ability to balance tradeoffs and find creative solutions.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into the development workflow is expected or strongly valued.
Benefits
- Base salary, equity including stock options or RSUs, and benefits.
- US base salary range of $122,400–$176,000 USD for employees in any US location.
- Canadian base salary range of $115,700–$166,399 CAD for employees in any Canadian location.
