Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve the quality of AI agent outputs for social channels and article writing.
- Design and use evaluation systems to measure agent performance and content quality.
- Improve search engine optimization and generative engine optimization performance.
- Build feedback loops that use real-world outcomes and performance signals to improve agents.
- Develop AI infrastructure, agent architecture, model strategy, and supporting data pipelines.
- Own and ship end-to-end AI work in an early-stage startup environment.
- Help hire and lead the AI team as the organization grows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building production machine learning or AI systems.
- Recent hands-on experience shipping LLM products or agents.
- Experience designing evaluations and learning from outcome signals at scale in search, ranking, recommendations, or related domains.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, including Next.js, and Python for data analysis, evaluations, and model work.
- Ability to ship end to end and experience building feedback loops or improving production AI infrastructure, agent architecture, or model strategy.
- Search, ranking, or AI answer engine experience, particularly involving Google, is valuable.
- Startup or small-team ownership experience; marketing or go-to-market experience is a plus.
- Experience with recommendation systems, algorithms, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
- Strong technical fundamentals demonstrated through relevant work, research, or comparable accomplishments.
