
Full-Stack Software Engineer: Mid, Senior, and Lead

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable production software.
- Build and ship high-quality software using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Design systems in which AI agents integrate into human workflows and maintain shared system context for reliable AI operation.
- Develop test strategies, automation frameworks, unit tests, and functional tests to improve coverage and automation metrics.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address complex problems and maintain highly available services.
- Review human- and AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to development technologies, tools, processes, design reviews, and technical presentations.
Requirements
- A related technical degree is required.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience is required.
- Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and experience with Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Ruby, or Python is required.
- High proficiency in at least one high-level programming language and web framework such as Node.js, Express, or Hapi is required.
- Understanding of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and/or Ajax is required.
- Understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database schema design is required.
- Experience with automated unit and functional testing using Java, JUnit, JSUnit, or Selenium is required.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor in development workflows is required.
- Advanced prompt engineering and system-context development skills are required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
- Experience building highly scalable web applications, Agile software development, and test-driven development is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field and a track record of top performance are preferred.
