Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime from design through production.
- Set engineering patterns and standards for a growing team.
- Work closely with company founders and provide technical judgment and leadership.
- Ship frequent production improvements while building reliable and observable systems.
- Build production systems and features with measurable customer impact.
Requirements
- Three or more years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Experience taking a product or major feature from zero to one with measurable customer impact.
- Strong full-stack skills with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience building workflows with large language models and agent-based platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, PostgreSQL, and database design.
- Experience with production observability, monitoring, tracing, and reliable retry and queuing patterns in distributed systems.
- Broad engineering experience and experience setting technical patterns for a growing team.
- Completed or in-progress undergraduate degree in computer science or engineering.
