Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build simulation and benchmarking platforms to test AI agents across real-world scenarios.
- Create intuitive no-code tools for guiding and testing AI agents.
- Adapt software development methodologies for non-deterministic AI agents, natural-language interactions, and large language models.
- Develop generative tools and self-improving systems that accelerate agent creation using customer feedback, real-world interactions, and self-play.
- Build and ship full-stack production products and systems.
Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Be comfortable building and shipping full-stack solutions.
- Have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrate passion for frontier AI products and the motivation and agency to drive outcomes.
- Preferred experience includes building AI-powered products, developer tooling, programming languages, or databases.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Go and TypeScript, a sharp eye for design, and leadership on technical projects or teams.
