Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive full-stack development of systems and product surfaces that enable users to guide and work alongside AI Teammates.
- Build experiences for teams, admins, and individual users to create, discover, interact with, and manage AI Teammates.
- Develop conversational flows, human-in-the-loop workflows, and context-aware AI interaction patterns.
- Collaborate with product, design, platform, and foundation teams to turn AI capabilities into intuitive product experiences.
- Apply product judgment and rapid experimentation to improve quality, usability, and measurable impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working across the stack within large, well-maintained codebases.
- Experience building product features in complex technical domains.
- A track record of scoping and delivering impactful features collaboratively.
- Ability to bring structure, judgment, and collaboration to evolving AI and product challenges.
- Clear communication, effective cross-functional collaboration, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Experience with applied AI, prompting systems, evaluation/testing infrastructure, or agent-style workflows is a plus.
