Base Salary
$100k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design experiments to understand how AI agents discover and evaluate web content.
- Build and ship production systems supporting AI-agent discovery and retrieval.
- Develop and debug telemetry and routing pipelines.
- Use system-behavior findings to improve how products are surfaced and cited by AI tools.
Requirements
- At least two years of individual-contributor experience building and shipping production systems.
- Production experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or Go.
- Background at a startup or technology company.
- Experience with LLM infrastructure or evaluation, or with edge systems.
- Hands-on experience building or debugging telemetry and routing pipelines.
- Curiosity about how AI systems choose information to retrieve, cite, and trust.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Benefits
- Annual salary of $100,000 to $150,000 plus equity of 0.10% to 0.30%.
- On-site in San Francisco, California, six days per week.
