Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-throughput, high-concurrency systems that collect events from client desktop environments.
- Develop privacy and redaction capabilities for sensitive data.
- Model recorded work as structured process data, including knowledge graphs.
- Build coding-agent workflows that generate software and support production deployment.
- Work directly with client teams to map workflows, deliver automation, and turn hands-on work into repeatable systems.
- Own product features end to end from design through deployment and ongoing customer use.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building and shipping production software, including ownership of features used by real customers.
- Production experience building with LLMs or AI agents beyond prototypes.
- Strong full-stack or backend skills in TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, or similar technologies.
- Interest in a high-ownership early-stage role involving ambiguity and broad product responsibilities.
- Helpful experience includes high-concurrency systems, Rust, desktop applications or agents, coding agents, and code generation.
- Experience with Next.js, PostgreSQL, Azure, Tauri, or Windows desktop software is relevant.
