Base Salary
$124k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack, Pinner-facing features for Pinterest’s monetization and inspiration products.
- Contribute to ideation, prototyping, A/B testing, technical design, implementation, and release.
- Architect and build scalable solutions supporting millions of users.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers on end-to-end functionality.
- Suggest new product ideas and features.
- Use automated testing and maintain responsibility for the technical quality of developed components and features.
- Drive initiatives from inception through implementation and release.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of industry experience developing full-stack or backend products for consumers or businesses.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in one or more common backend and frontend technology stacks, including examples such as JavaScript and React.
- Experience writing reliable and maintainable code that may be used by many engineers.
- Ability to stay current with new technologies and assess what should be incorporated.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
