Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact, complex initiatives.

- Collaborate with Product and Design to shape requirements and identify risks.

- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
Requirements
- Strong fullstack experience across systems and distributed architectures.
- Proven track record of leading projects and delivering complex work on time.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Design teams.
