Responsibilities
- Own and deliver major product and engineering improvements from conception through measurable impact.
- Build end-to-end systems and user experiences for a medical AI platform.
- Develop robust and optimized backends for mission-critical services and eliminate sources of downtime.
- Push the capabilities of modern models and build applied AI systems using them as components.
- Optimize application speed and overall user experience.
Requirements
- Be a highly autonomous, ambitious, scrappy, precise, motivated, and low-ego builder.
- Demonstrate strong ability to take ownership and create products or systems from nothing.
- Have relevant strength in one or more areas including full-stack, frontend, mobile, machine learning, infrastructure, site reliability, performance, or applied AI.
- For machine learning work, bring experience pushing the boundaries of modern models and valuing evaluation and quantitative proof.
- For frontend or mobile work, demonstrate extreme attention to detail and interest in building beautiful, modern interfaces.
