Base Salary
$125k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build systems that orchestrate advertising across channels and support unified campaign experiences.
- Partner with identity, measurement, and bidding teams to integrate capabilities into omnichannel solutions.
- Own projects end to end from early design through production rollout and ongoing operation.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into technical designs and execution plans.
- Deliver changes with automated tests, metrics, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define and achieve success criteria.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical excellence and a culture of trust and ownership.
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of software development experience.
- Have strong experience with distributed systems and backend development in C#, Java, or Python.
- Have a solid understanding of computer science and engineering fundamentals.
- Be comfortable working on an agile, distributed team across multiple time zones.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate across teams.
- Preferred experience includes Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Flink, Kubernetes, Terraform, ad tech, real-time bidding, cross-channel measurement, or identity resolution.
