Base Salary
$125k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build systems that orchestrate advertising across channels.
- Integrate identity, measurement, and bidding capabilities into cohesive omnichannel solutions.
- Own projects from early design through production rollout and ongoing operation.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into technical designs and execution plans.
- Deliver changes with automated tests, metrics, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define success and deliver outcomes.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical excellence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and backend development using C#, Java, or Python.
- Solid understanding of computer science and engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to own work end to end, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
- Ability to work on an agile, distributed team spanning multiple time zones.
