Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the Agent SDK, including the orchestration engine, runtime, and primitives that power AI agents.
- Design the agentic loop and define primitives for steerable, verifiable, conversational, and adaptive agents.
- Build retrieval and grounding systems that help agents provide accurate and trustworthy responses.
- Design evaluation frameworks for measuring and improving agent quality over time.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Passion for frontier AI products and motivation to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy environment.
- Preferred: experience building AI-powered systems or agent frameworks.
- Preferred: experience with retrieval, evaluation systems, or LLM-based applications.
- Preferred: experience building developer platforms or SDKs.
- Preferred: experience with Go and TypeScript.
