Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform by improving its architecture, tools, and technologies.
- Build end-to-end products that automate revenue cycle management workflows for healthcare providers and administrators.
- Own integration workflows from design and development through deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, healthcare, operations, and customer teams to define requirements and technical approaches.
- Improve system reliability and observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting practices.
- Optimize web application performance and scalability while supporting high availability and resilience.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, uphold engineering best practices, and drive architectural improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- At least 5 years of professional software development industry experience.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency with Python, Go, or C++.
- Experience with Git, GCP or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring or alerting tools.
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions and make successful architectural decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
