Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop clearinghouse integrations for submitting claims and handling responses.
- Transform structured claim payloads into valid electronic EDI claims.
- Build routing logic for the Eligibility Orchestrator to ensure correct claim submissions.
- Scale a rule engine for high transaction volumes with full explainability.
- Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform.
- Build end-to-end products for revenue cycle management.
- Take ownership of integration workflows from design to post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews and drive architectural improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in frontend languages like Typescript and React.
- Proficiency in backend languages like Python or Go.
- Experience with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
