Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Submit claims through multiple clearinghouses while handling varied response, verification, and error semantics.
- Build a claim-generation pipeline for professional, institutional, and dental EDI claims, including paper-claim and PDF generation.
- Develop eligibility-routing logic with safeguards against applying coverage results to the wrong person.
- Scale a configurable, safe, idempotent, and explainable rule engine across high transaction volumes.
- Propose and implement improvements to the RCM platform’s architecture, tools, and technologies.
- Own integration workflows from design and development through deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to define integration requirements, technical approaches, and priorities.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, uphold engineering best practices, and drive architectural improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development industry experience.
- Proficiency with frontend technologies including TypeScript and React.
- Proficiency with backend technologies including Python or Go.
- Experience with Git, GCP or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring or alerting tools.
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions and make successful architectural decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
