Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Write secure, well-tested code and contribute to standards and documentation for Marketing infrastructure, data models, and tools.
- Build the campaign lifecycle orchestration backbone and integrations connecting project management, collaboration, creative, media, and email/lifecycle platforms.
- Advise Marketing partners technically and translate business needs into system designs.
- Integrate AI agents and LLM-powered automations into Marketing workflows in accordance with company GenAI guidance.
- Design and operate data pipelines and models for marketing and performance data supporting experimentation and analytics.
- Deliver abstractions and APIs that enable campaign wrap-ups, insights, and next-test recommendations from marketing data.
- Lead reliability, observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, auditing, feature flags, change management, and incident response for integrations, pipelines, and automations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience focused on backend or full-stack development for distributed systems and APIs.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js and experience building integrations, services, data pipelines, internal tools, and applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- At least 5 years of experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth2, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
- Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs, including prompt flows, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI agents, using approved GenAI tools.
- At least 1 year of experience delivering production systems on cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including serverless services and CI/CD practices.
- At least 3 years of experience working with marketing and performance data and supporting experimentation and analytics workflows, including metrics and dashboards.
- Preferred experience includes campaign orchestration and workflow automation tools such as Notion, Monday.com, or Asana.
- Preferred experience includes Marketing technology stacks such as CDPs, CRMs, advertising platforms, email or lifecycle platforms, project management tools, and collaboration tools.
- Preferred experience includes partnering with data engineers and analysts on schemas, interfaces, and experimentation frameworks for BI and AI use cases.
- Preferred experience includes AWS Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, SQS, SNS, CloudFront, Terraform, Docker, DataDog, BigQuery, Hex, Mode, or Statsig.
