Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Maintain documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues affecting hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Design and implement solutions in specialized ML areas while leveraging ML infrastructure.
- Drive TPU efficiency, model stability, hardware enablement, JAX migrations, cross-stack optimizations, debugging infrastructure, and resource-efficient ML initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of programming experience in Python or C++.
- 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, ML execution frameworks such as TensorFlow, JAX, or PyTorch, or hardware accelerators such as TPUs or GPUs.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and performance debugging.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174000 - $252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
