Base Salary

$174k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build cybersecurity datasets, training recipes, benchmarks, and evaluation platforms for vulnerability discovery and fixing.
  • Create reinforcement-learning environments and supervised fine-tuning data and iterate on post-training recipes.
  • Integrate novel machine-learning and agentic techniques into research prototypes.
  • Build evaluation pipelines, benchmarks, and leaderboards to measure agent performance.
  • Optimize serving performance, latency, and resource utilization for large models.
  • Collaborate across organizations and contribute to research-focused software engineering projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience with large language models, including pre-training or fine-tuning.
  • Preferred: experience with cybersecurity, especially application security and vulnerability research.
  • Preferred: experience running large-scale data processing pipelines.
  • Preferred: experience collaborating on or leading applied research projects.

Benefits

  • US base pay is $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
