Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate through design and code reviews to promote code quality, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Maintain documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Design, run, and analyze experiments using analytical and statistical methods to solve complex machine learning problems.
- Innovate and iterate on machine learning model design across the lifecycle from concept to deployment, improving quality, stability, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience in Python or C++.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 3 years of end-to-end machine learning experience, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, or debugging.
- At least 3 years of experience with LLMs, multimodality, large vision models, or reinforcement learning.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies is preferred.
