Base Salary
$153k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Workday integration pipeline from design and configuration through deployment and production support.
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, Orchestrations, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create mapping, transformation, and validation processes to maintain accurate and compliant people data.
- Govern code migrations, production hyper care, Workday release cycles, impact analysis, regression testing, and feature adoption.
- Advise HR, IT, and business stakeholders on Workday integration architecture and best practices.
- Develop Workday Extend applications, calculated fields, and business process automation.
- Maintain integrations with external platforms including Greenhouse and HireVue.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of general Workday experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on Workday integration experience in production environments.
- Experience with Workday Studio, Orchestrations, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, REST, and SOAP.
- Knowledge of Workday data models and business processes across Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Security.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, XSD, and SQL.
- Ability to debug integrations and manage API authentication, encryption, x509/PGP certificates, and SFTP/data exchange frameworks.
- Experience working in global, multi-region environments with compliance requirements.
- Experience with Workday Extend is preferred.
- Familiarity with agentic AI or LLMs such as Claude is a plus.
Benefits
- Market-competitive base salary range of $161,000-$190,000 in New York and San Francisco and $153,425-$180,500 in Seattle.
